Once I talked at length with a PR company that was selling the benefits of PR on line, viral marketing, importance on online presence etc. Trouble was the blog on their site hadn't been updated for 5 months. It makes you wonder if they are serious. Passion is so important in business and it is really hard to fake passion for something you have no interest in, at least over the long haul.
