How to find niche markets

It is common for people to get confused when it comes to finding niche markets but nothing could really be easier, it really just boils down to common sense.

To start with you should be looking to find a niche market that quite a few people are actually interested in and more importantly something that they are actually searching for but with a smaller amount of competition so that it is easier for you to make your mark.

You may have found something like ‘worm racing’ but if there are not many people who have an interest in a such an activity then it would not really be worth your time in getting involved with that as your niche. I hope you understand what I am trying to say but it really is quite straightforward.

One of the best ways I know of finding a niche is by using something called Micro Niche Finder. This brilliant tool will find niches for you and also the strength of competition and also how many people are searching for that particular niche.

There are many other tools which do a similar job but they all cost money. In my opinion it is money well spent but if funds are tight at the moment you could also look at something like ebay pulse. Just google it and I know for a fact that many people swear by using this method to find niche markets, and best of all it is free.

Another method of finding niches is to take a look at some magazines. Just the other day I was browsing through lots of different magazines at my local store and I was finding so many different niches that I had never even considered before which has meant that I have enough niches to last me for the next year.
