Planning your time just right
The time that you spend concentrating on your make money online business can differ from person to person. Some of us like to put in more of an effort than others and will work 18 hour days in order to be set up within a few short months. Others will have family and work commitments and will gradually build up their wealth over a couple of years.
Not matter what your goals are we should all manage our time as thoughtfully as possible to get the most out of it. For years I have planned my time just so that I can get everything done in a day and feel like I have achieved instead of just letting the day pass me by.
Think of what you need to get done everyday that has a huge impact on your business. I am talking about the tasks that even on the day of a product launch should not be left alone.
Write out a table in Excel and stick to it and don’t let your other distractions take over. Think of what your agenda is stick to it and take action. With me for example I like to dedicate part of my day to Social Marketing. However if I don’t plan my time I will enjoy it so much that the rest of the day will be gone before I know it.
The way I set my day out is by using my first three hours for daily work and spreading it out around lots of different jobs. Then I can either concentrate on other jobs or take the rest of the day off. If you do have a product launch why not get up an hour earlier and you will still be able to fit it all in.
My daily routine includes…
*The Warrior Forum
*Yahoo Answers
*Answering Emails
*Blog Posts
*Writing Articles
*Writing Testimonials
*Processing Orders
*Bookmarking
*Writing Press Releases
By limiting the time on the above I manage to fit it all in very easily. I know your tasks may be somewhat different, but just see how easy it can be for you. If you have lots of other commitments juggle lots of 15 minutes over the course of the day. When I was at university a few years ago I would check my emails whilst eating my breakfast, write my Blog posts during dinner and chat on social sites on my laptop whilst watching evening television. If Twitter had been part of my agenda back then I am sure that I would have fitted it in whilst I was waiting for my son to come out of school as he always takes at least 20 minutes.
Just think of how many little gaps you have over the course of the day.

Samantha,
This is excellent advice and I like the way you concentrate your business-building activities in the early part of the day and take advantage of small chunks of time. Too many times we feel that we have to have an hour to do this or that when seizing 15 mins here and there would be just as effective. I’d like to share this post with my readers. Thanks for reminding us that ‘gaps’ can be used effectively.
