Many people don’t seem to realise this but it is just as easy to sell a high priced product than it is to sell something very cheaply online.

As long as you are sending traffic to the offer in question it is worth your while to at least experiement with selling something for a high price.

Lets look at the example of an affiliate program that sells a book on Amazon where you may earn 50 cents per salecompared with selling an expensive watch whereby by you will make several hundred dollars per sale.

As long as you are sending targeted traffic to any offer you will see a percentage of people click on the link and then a percentage of those will go ahead and make the purchase. You don’t have to work any harder to send traffic to the more expensive offer so you really don’t have much to lose by at least just giving it a try.

One thing that I would recommend that if you are going down the affiliate route to sell high priced products, make sure that it is a reputable company that you are dealing with and that they have a recognised system utilised to track any commissions.

With that in place you will be able to confidently promote the product and work out an effective campaign in order to earn some decent sized commissions.

If you only sold a couple of these highly paid products every week you will find that you will be making an excellent income. Compare that with the commissions of a few book sales on Amazon and you can then get a good idea of what I’m talking about.

I would advise that you start looking around for these higher priced products and when you have satisfied yourself that there is indeed a market for them, give it a go, you’ll be glad that you did.
