Why I love Internet Marketing?

I moved house last week from the region of Olhao to the more central region of Silves in The Algarve on the southern part of Portugal. Like most house moves it was rather stressful with all the different things to pack and worrying that it would all be done in time. I am the typical woman that has way too may clothes in her wardrobe and is always saying that she is going to downsize the amount of shoes that she owns but never does.

However from a make money online business point of view it is totally different. You see I need very little to be able to sustain my online business I have 2 laptops and about 3 large files with documents that I have to keep hold of in order for the taxman to be happy. Apart from this I have numerous pen drives with my ideas for my business along with products and anything else that I have saved during my day to day work.

If I wanted to I could place all of this in the front of the car with me and if I did need to work the night that I moved in I wouldn’t have to worry about setting up a computer all I would need is a plug socket so that I didn’t run out of battery power. Those that email me don’t expect an answer straight away even though the majority of the time I provide them with one so through moving I could very easily go three days without doing any kind of work whatsoever.

After moving last week which I found rather tiring I was shattered so decided that I would have the weekend off just for me to recharge my batteries and cook some of my favourite meals in my brand new oven. During my time off I had a wonder down to one of my favourite beaches which is a very short drive away (9km) and enjoyed topping up my tan as the summer is finally on its way here in Portugal.

One thing struck me though whilst I was reading my novel – I can’t quite get over how many people are quitting the likes of Britain to open up bars and restaurants in places like the Algarve. What is the most shocking is how many of them have no experience whatsoever and think that as the tourists are there they don’t need to make any effort and a few months down the line they will have made enough money to work one day a week. In reality though the chances of making a profit as a bar owner is very low indeed and who would honestly want to work 16hrs a day on their feet all day, everyday for very little reward?

I defiantly wouldn’t want to commit myself that’s for sure!

I would rather plan a new niche, put all the effort into that niche by working a couple of 16 hour days and then automate it. Giving me the chance to earn from it a year after I created it without giving it a second thought.

This is exactly why I love internet marketing because I can put in the effort one moment and then relax the next without being a slave to the cause.
